Student Support

Yes no problem. Please re-register for the Free Mini Training of the course of your choosing, and you will be able to access the course again.

Our student community is located in the private members area of the website, Purodem Academy. Please click the Student Log In button and enter the email address and password you entered when signing up for the course.

You can also access the exclusive Members Area via our Purodem app, downloadable from your mobile devices ‘App Store.’

Log in to the Purodem Academy and head to the course group page where you’ll find your tutor, and associated mentors. Please direct any questions you have regarding your courses to them, who will be pleased to help you in a timely manner. 

You can re-take the end of module assessments up to three times, before being referred to tutor support. Please revise over the course material to familiarise yourself with a much information as you can prior to taking the test. If you are still having trouble, please head over to the course group where you can speak directly to your tutor, or group mentors, where they will be happy to help.

The course modules have been designed and written to build on your knowledge as you proceed through the course. Once you have completed a module, and submitted coursework and taken the end of module
