Please ensure that you have followed the the links and created your password via the registration emails that you will have received on purchase of your course. If you haven’t received this email, or still having trouble please contact Technical Support and we will look into this for you.

We host our videos with Vimeo which is blocked by some countries around the world, notably China & Turkey. There are ways around these restrictions using a VPN, however, with regards to legal responsibilities, Purodem cannot recommend them. If you are affected by this issue, please Contact Us.

Please download the Purodem app via your devices App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android.) Once installed you will be requested to enter your user ID and password that you registered online at the time of course purchase.

Unfortunately we don’t allow students to download the video course content. However, you can download and keep your text-based document PDF’s, and other assorted course materials.
