Aromatherapy for Stress Resilience & Sleep Support: Applied Professional Practice

A professional CPD course developing structured, informed use of essential oils to support stress resilience and healthy sleep.

CPD Course Overview

About The CPD Course

Stress and sleep disruption are common concerns encountered in aromatherapy practice. While essential oils may support relaxation and bedtime routines, their use must be guided by clear boundaries, safety awareness, and realistic expectations.

This CPD course is designed to develop a structured, professional approach to supporting stress resilience and healthy sleep patterns using aromatherapy. You will explore the relationship between the stress response, circadian rhythm, and aromatic influence, alongside appropriate oil selection and application methods. Through guided learning and reflective practice, you will build confidence in supporting clients safely and ethically within your professional scope.
